Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Priority will arrive between 2-5 business days. Economy Shipping will arrive within 4-6 business days. 

**Please note - we cannot ship butane by air. If your order includes butane, please do not select priority shipping. Your order will be sent with the fastest ground shipping available** 

If you have not received your item within 7 business days from reciting shipping confirmation, please contact us so that we may help track your package or offer a resolution. 

NOTE: If you are shipping your purchase outside of the USA we encourage all customers to check with your regional authority to determine if import fees or duties will be required, and if they will be applied based on the specific carrier that you selected. We have noticed that some carriers and nations impose higher than normal fees for cross-border packages which are not calculated during our checkout process.
